Growing manufacturing company seeking a hands‑on COO to lead operations, financial performance, and organizational growth in a fast‑paced production environment. This executive must bring experience from elite, high‑growth technology environments and have the ability to scale an early‑stage, venture‑backed company quickly and efficiently through Series A growth stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities
  • Manage budgeting, KPIs, margins, forecasting, operational tracking, and financial performance
  • Lead hiring, workforce planning, HR strategy, and team development
  • Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, scalability, and profitability
  • Communicate regularly with executives, stakeholders, investors, and board members
  • Support rapid growth initiatives within a venture‑backed environment
  • Build scalable operational infrastructure, systems, and processes for accelerated expansion
Qualifications
