Chief of Staff
About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our core team and assist with strategic planning and execution, company growth, and operations. You have the unique opportunity to be among the first hires of a cutting-edge biotechnology company and make significant contributions to curing age-related diseases.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys high-velocity decision and execution environments, and who wants to grow into broader strategic and operational leadership responsibilities as the company scales.
You Will
Strategic Project Management
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, managing high-priority initiatives, synthesizing information for decision-making, and ensuring alignment across scientific, operational, and business functions.
Operations
Drive cross-functional projects and company-wide priorities, including milestone planning and tracking, vendor and budget management, and process improvements to support rapid growth and efficient scaling.
Design and prepare around the company's operating cadence, including all-hands meetings, offsites, and workflows internally and externally.
Cross-Functional Work
Coordinate executive communications and strategic events and media.
Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and fundraising efforts, while managing relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., VCs, partners, advisors).
Aid in managing company representation for the executive team and assist with alliance management.
You're a Good Fit If You Have (Required)
B.A. or B.S. degree and 3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Willingness to work hard in service of solving the biology of aging
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with a proven track record of strong communication and decision-making support
Ability to learn and adapt quickly as part of a growing company and team
Bonus Points For
Experience in a high-impact role such as Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, management consulting, or operating leadership in a high-growth environment in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or tech sectors
Experience working directly with founders or C-level executives on strategic and operational priorities
