Duane Morris, an international AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead integrated marketing and business development initiatives across its practices and offices, and drive firmwide revenue growth and brand advancement.
This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who partners with firm leadership to translate strategy into action, strengthen client engagement, generate new business, and ensure consistent execution across the firm.
The role in action:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and business development team of 15, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, driving client expansion, cross-selling, and sustaining revenue growth.
  • Partner with firm leaders, partners, and attorneys to strengthen business development planning, client relationship development, and pursuit strategy.
  • Lead and align regional office marketing efforts with firmwide and practice-specific business development priorities, ensuring consistent execution of strategic initiatives across the firm.
