What You'll Do This is a highly visible executive leadership role combining both clinical leadership and patient care. Schedule Split 60% Administrative Leadership 40% Clinical Care The CMO will provide clinical care approximately 2 days per week while leading organizational clinical strategy, provider support, quality initiatives, and operational collaboration.
