Our passion, experience, technology and consumer insights move product and drive sales.

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE

  • Customer Segment Evaluation & Success- analyze which retailer/supplier segments BCC already serves and where it wins; define segment-level success metrics; call out which to grow, defend, or drop and suggest alternatives.
  • Distribution Channels- New & Existing: analyze performance of existing channels; recommend additional ways to exploit those same channels harder, plus new ones worth opening.
  • Products & Services: analyze BCC's current product and service lines and recommend additional ways to exploit them- criss sell, bundle, extend into adjacent offerings rather than starting from blank definition.
  • Explicitly out of scope: pricing authority (informs Sales/Finance, doesn't set it); internal/ESOP culture communications; hands-on design production.

What Success Looks Like

  • Operating mode across all three scope areas: analyze what BCC already has working, then find more ways to exploit it.
  • Turn that analysis into customer-facing proof (case studies, testimonials, trade content) that shortens the sales cycle for Sales Reps).
  • Show up in the room with retailer/supplier buyers directly.
  • Run the social/digital voice in BCC's direct, flat-culture tone.

Skills & Experience

  • Must have proven track record auditing existing products/channels at B2B manufacturer or packaging/CPG company and converting that into revenue expansion.
  • B2B marketing leadership, packaging/CPG/manufacturing-adjacent preferred.
  • Managed a small sales-enablement + social/digital team.
  • Not required but nice to have hands on design/development skills or prior ESOP experience

Success & Metrics

  • CMO is part of the Executive Leadership Team
