  • Lead all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and cash management.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of operational and financial results in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies

  • Develop and monitor financial metrics including revenue growth, EBITDA, gross margin, operating margin, cash flow, utilization, customer profitability, recurring revenue (MRR/ARR), and business unit performance.
  • Ensure sufficient cash flow and working capital to support operational and strategic business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, and increase organizational efficiency through financial analysis and process improvements
  • Partner with leadership team to evaluate pricing strategies, service profitability, labor utilization, and customer contract performance.
  • Develop financial models to support new business initiatives, product offerings, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Research market trends, economic conditions, and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
  • Perform enterprise risk management by evaluating financial exposures, liabilities, investments, insurance coverage, and capital structure.
  • Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, integration planning, and post-acquisition reporting for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into company performance and profitability by department, business unit, client, and service offering.
  • Develop workforce planning and financial staffing models to support organizational growth, hiring decisions, and resource optimization.
  • Oversee collections strategies and accounts receivable performance to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize aging receivables.
  • Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Lead the annual financial audit and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banking partners, insurance providers, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial reporting requirements, tax regulations, and applicable accounting standards.
  • Drive financial system improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement by leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting and finance team.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization to ensure financial objectives align with operational goals.
  • Perform other executive leadership responsibilities as assigned in support of the company's strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For:
