INTERIM CFO

• Oversee and supervise work performed by the third-party accounting team, including month-end close and financial reporting

Qualifications for the Interim CFO:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• Advanced Excel skills preferred (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Real estate industry experience preferred
• Experience with Vantaca software is a plus
