This individual will provide critical insight into business performance, guide financial decision-making, and ensure the company is positioned for sustainable growth.This role goes beyond traditional accounting. We are looking for a leader who can analyze, advise, and execute.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with ownership to evaluate performance against annual budgets and long-term strategyDevelop financial tools, reporting systems, and dashboards to support real-time decision makingLead all accounting operations, including general ledger, monthly close, and financial reportingOversee cash flow, banking relationships, financing strategies, and capital allocationProvide strategic recommendations on growth, cost management, and operational efficiencyManage and develop accounting and administrative teams across entitiesServe as the primary liaison with lenders, auditors, CPAs, and external partnersOversee multi-entity financial structures, intercompany transactions, and loan reconciliationsLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all business unitsReview contracts, MSAs, and financial risk exposure across the organizationOversee inventory controls, audits, and financial compliance processesSupport evaluation and implementation of financial systems and softwareWhat We Are Looking ForLeadership and ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of experience as a CFO or Controller in a multi-entity or complex organizationProven track record of partnering with executive leadership and driving business performanceStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence decision-making at the ownership levelTechnical ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field requiredCPA strongly preferredDeep understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, and multi-entity accounting structuresExperience managing banking relationships, financing, and capital strategyOperational StrengthAbility to build and improve financial systems, processes, and infrastructureStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExperience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related industries is highly preferredProfessional TraitsHigh level of accountability, discretion, and integrityStrong communication skills with the ability to present to ownership and stakeholdersAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesLocation and ScheduleBased in Broussard, LA (Corporate Office)Flexible schedule centered around standard business hoursFrequent travel required to support multiple business unitsCompensationCompensation will be commensurate with experienceExecutive-level compensation structure aligned with experience and impactWhy This RoleThis is a unique opportunity to step into a true leadership seat within a growing organization.
