Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Chief Engineer or Hotel Maintenance Manager include:
Maintenance and Repairs
  • Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and elevators).
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
Facility Operations
