Chief Data Center Delivery Officer
Position Summary
The Chief Data Center Delivery Officer (CDCDO) is responsible for leading Csquare's Capacity Management, Construction, and Service Delivery organizations.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serving as a member of the Extended Executive Leadership Team, the CDCDO is accountable for ensuring the Company has the right capacity, in the right markets, at the right time, and that customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and predictably.
The CDCDO provides executive leadership across the entire delivery lifecycle-from capacity planning and project prioritization through construction, commissioning, customer implementation, service activation, and operational turnover-ensuring capital investments are converted into customer-ready and revenue-generating infrastructure.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Construction & Commissioning
  • Lead the Company's construction portfolio.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Company quality standards.
  • Oversee contractor performance, project governance, and portfolio reporting.
  • Ensure facilities are fully commissioned, tested, documented, and operationally ready before turnover.
Service Delivery
  • Lead the Service Delivery organization responsible for customer implementation and activation.
  • Align customer deployments with construction completion and capacity availability.
  • Ensure consistent customer communication, delivery execution, and operational handoff.
  • Resolve executive customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
Capacity Management
  • Lead the enterprise Capacity Management function.
  • Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, allocation, and utilization.
  • Align available and future capacity with customer demand and capital plans.
  • Establish governance for capacity commitments and prioritization.
  • Identify future capacity constraints and expansion requirements.
Portfolio Leadership
  • Establish governance across Capacity Management, Construction, and Service Delivery.
  • Monitor portfolio schedule, budget, risk, customer commitments, and capacity availability.
  • Improve capital forecasting, delivery predictability, and organizational performance.
  • Lead executive portfolio reviews and recovery planning.
Executive Leadership
  • Develop and execute the Company's integrated data center delivery strategy.
  • Advise executive leadership regarding delivery capacity, portfolio risk, and capital deployment.
  • Build a high-performing organization focused on accountability, collaboration, safety, and customer success.
  • Foster continuous improvement across all delivery functions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Sales, Development, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Information Technology, and Security to ensure alignment between customer demand, capacity planning, project execution, and operational readiness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large capital programs and complex project portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of retail colocation operations, capacity planning, construction, and commissioning.
  • Proven executive leadership, financial management, and organizational development experience.
