Oversee all non-clinical operations including scheduling, intake, authorizations, billing, credentialing, and administrative functions.
Optimize workflows to improve access to care, reduce waitlists, and increase service utilization.
Create performance dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics.
Family Experience & Service Delivery
Champion a seamless experience from referral through treatment.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve client satisfaction, retention, and outcomes.
Ensure operational systems support clinicians in delivering exceptional care.
Team Development
Build and mentor regional and departmental leaders.
