Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite), calendar management tools, and sometimes project management platforms is essential. Outstanding communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities help you anticipate needs and support top executives effectively. These skills ensure seamless operations, enable executives to focus on strategic priorities, and maintain the professionalism of the organization.
