Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Harrisonburg, VAAverage $1,787+ per Week - Comprehensive BenefitsSign-On Bonus & Loyalty Bonus Available


Pay, Home Time & More:
  • Average $1,787+ per week
  • Solo Miles Pay: 76 CPM with 1,800 - 2,100 miles per week
  • Solo Stops Pay: $17.50 per stop with 4 - 8 stops per week
  • Per Diem Pay: $50 per night with 4 - 5 nights per week
  • Sign-On Bonus: Pays you $1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 90 days
  • Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at 1 year
  • Route: Regional
  • Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
  • 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)


Schedule, Freight & Equipment:
  • Schedule: 7-day-a-week operation with 2 consecutive days off
  • 4-5 nights out 
  • Start time: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Deliver solo to: 48 States 
  • Tractor Type: Sleeper
  • Trailer Type: Reefer 53'
  • Freight: No-touch - chicken

Requirements:
  • Valid CDL-A
  • 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
