Job description

The Opportunity:

Most sales roles pay you once and then send you back to zero. At C2C Payments, we help you build a career where your hard work compounds. We are one of the fastest-growing merchant services firms in the USA, providing businesses with the technology to accept credit cards while saving them money on every transaction.

We are hiring Account Executives who want the freedom of a remote/field-based role and the security of a growing, recurring income stream.

The Compensation Structure:

  • Bi-Weekly Commissions: Get paid for your new sales every two weeks. No waiting months for your hard-earned money.

  • Monthly Residual Income: Build a "monthly raise" for yourself. You earn a percentage of the processing volume for every account you maintain in your portfolio, paid out every month.

  • Uncapped Potential: Average first-year earners make $75k–$95k, with top performers building portfolios that pay $100k+ annually.

  • Recruiting Bonuses: Earn additional income for helping us scale the team.

Your Role as an Account Executive:

  • 90% Field Sales / 10% Remote: You are a local consultant. You will spend your time in the community meeting business owners face-to-face, with the remaining time dedicated to remote training and funnel management.

  • Consultative Auditing: You’ll use our proven methods to analyze business statements and show owners exactly how much they save by switching to C2C.

  • Portfolio Ownership: You aren't just a "sales rep"; you manage your accounts to ensure satisfaction and secure your ongoing monthly residuals.

  • Growth & Support: Attend morning strategy calls and work directly with National Sales Managers who are dedicated to helping you close deals and grow your territory.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-Driven Hunters: You manage your own schedule, so you must have the discipline to hit the pavement and generate leads.

  • Professional Communicators: You can build rapport quickly and handle objections with a positive mindset.

  • Integrity: We are a family-oriented company. We do right by our merchants and our team.

  • Persistence: You understand that "no" is just a step toward "yes."

The Perks:

  • Create Your Own Schedule: You are an ISO Partner—you are the boss of your time.

  • Steady Cash Flow: Bi-weekly commission checks keep your finances stable while you build your residuals.

  • Industry-Leading Training: Extensive remote video training to turn you into a payment processing expert.

  • Support System: Direct access to managers to help you close big accounts and review your progress.
