Team Member

Full Time Pay: $17.00 to $18.00+ per hour

Part Time Pay: $12.50 to $15.00+ per hour

(Pay depends on availability and relevant experience communicated during hiring process)

Scheduling and Availability

We offer flexible schedule agreements for both full time and part time Team Members.

We share the schedules we have available and work with you to create an agreement that supports both your goals and the needs of the restaurant. This helps many Team Members balance work with school, sports, extracurricular activities, family, and other important commitments.

Applicants must be able to consistently work the schedule agreed upon before beginning employment. Greater availability may create opportunities for increased hours, responsibility, advancement, and compensation.

Pay and Advancement

Starting pay is based on consistent availability, experience, assigned responsibilities, demonstrated competency, and the needs of the restaurant.

Team Members can use clear advancement checklists to grow their skills, take on greater responsibility, and earn more.

What You Will Do

Team Members work together to serve Guests with excellence and maintain a safe, clean, and caring restaurant.

Responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming Guests and providing friendly, attentive service

• Taking orders and processing payments accurately

• Preparing ingredients and food according to Chick-fil-A quality and food safety standards

• Cooking, assembling, packaging, and checking orders for accuracy

• Serving Guests in the front counter, dining room, mobile order, and drive thru areas

• Stocking ingredients, beverages, sauces, packaging, utensils, and supplies

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen, dining, restroom, and service areas

• Completing assigned checklists and maintaining organized workstations

• Following food safety, cash handling, security, and restaurant procedures

• Communicating clearly and supporting teammates as business needs change

The work is fast paced, demanding, and meaningful. We provide clear training, consistent support, and opportunities to grow as your skills and responsibility increase.

Every new Team Member receives a clear training plan and hands on support from a trainer during the first two to four weeks.
