What You'll Do as a Front of House Team Member, you help create the welcoming experience Chick-fil-A is known for. Every interaction is an opportunity to serve others well.

Your role includes:

  • Greeting guests warmly and making them feel genuinely welcome
  • Serving guests with enthusiasm and responding with a sincere "My Pleasure"
  • Providing attentive, proactive service throughout each guest interaction
  • Working with urgency while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Supporting your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly

Scheduling & Availability

To help us serve our guests well, team members should be able to:

  • Full Time opening shifts beginning at 6:00 AM or closing shifts ending around 11:00 PM
  • Part Time openings are based on your availability and the needs to serve guests well.
  • Working Saturdays is needed for full and part time positions (our restaurant is closed on Sundays)
  • Maintain reliable transportation
  • Work both indoors and outdoors, including drive-thru positions in varying weather conditions
  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
