Role Requirements - Back of House

  • Ensuring Chick-fil-A food production standards are always strictly followed
  • Proficiency in a particular zone of the restaurant which could include but not limited to:
  • Preparing & assembling cold products in pristine work environment
  • Preparing, cooking and assembling hot products in pristine work environment
  • Pulling chicken, preparing raw chicken for cooking Maintaining strict adherence to Chick-fil-A and Health Department Food Safety Standards
  • Cleaning and maintenance of all food prep equipment
  • Assisting in receiving and organizing of stock as it arrives
  • Cleaning & restocking of kitchen, dishes, coolers and restrooms
  • Work efficiently
  • Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Lift objects up to 20 lbs., when necessary
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods, with safety as our top priority
