About the Director Role

As Chick-fil-A has grown, so has our leadership approach. We operate with ateam of Directors, each owning different areas of the restaurant. Your ownership area will be chosen based on your strengths, passions, and leadership potential - and sometimes we even create new roles for exceptional leaders.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a team, make key operational decisions, and drive both guest satisfaction and business results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 20+ to deliver unmatched hospitality.
  • Oversee daily operations to meet speed, quality, and service goals.
  • Create a positive, high-energy work environment that fosters growth.
  • Implement strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the highest standards forfood safety, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Ensureall products meet Chick-fil-A's high quality standard in taste, temperature, and presentation requirements.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience .
  • Excellent communicator who can connect with and motivate diverse teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Open availability, including weekends.
  • Must pass a background check.

Position Details

  • Full-time: 40-45 hours per week
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
