Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking BC/BE fellowship trained Hematologists/Oncologists to join the highly acclaimed Regional Cancer Care Center located in Paducah, KY. Excellent opportunities to assume existing patient bases from retiring physicians.

Joining this practice offers diverse clinical experiences with a wide range of Hematology/Oncology patients. The team includes seasoned staff with over 15 years of experience, providing excellent mentorship opportunities. The practice is well-established with a solid referral base, ensuring professional stability. Additionally, our state-of-the-art accredited Radiation Oncology & Infusion Center offers cutting-edge technology and a complete pharmacy. This combination makes it an attractive and fulfilling place to work.

  • Practice has 2 Physicians, 1 APRN, 1 RN, 1 LPN, 4 MAs and support staff.
  • Offers a flexible work schedule (4-day work week) 
  • Current patient population is comprised of 65% oncology and 35% hematology. 

The preferred Hematology Oncology physician candidate is a team player who is passionate about treating both hematology and oncology patients. They should be willing to take call one week a month, demonstrating their commitment to comprehensive patient care and support for their colleagues. This candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success and growth of the practice.
