Job description

The Indiana University School of Medicine's Department of Family Medicine in conjunction with IU Health Medical Group is seeking candidates for an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Clinical Family Medicine.  This opportunity will be with the Family Medicine Residency Practice located in central Indianapolis and presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the full continuum of academic medicine. This physician would be a faculty member within the Indiana University Department of Family Medicine have the unique opportunity to have: 

Position Details:

  • Flexible Clinical work between inpatient and outpatient settings 
  • OB optional, post-partum care required
  • Opportunities for clinical excellence and collaboration as part of one of the largest health systems in the US with all care settings from tertiary/quaternary to rural health care
  • Teaching and mentoring students and residents
  • Working in a cross functional and collaborative family practice center
  • Impacting a large, underserved population within the Indianapolis area

Qualifications: 

  • Must be a MD, DO or equivalent Education
  • BE/BC with the American Board of Family Medicine
  • Able to obtain IN Licensure
