Job description
Seeking BE/BC General Anesthesiologist to join practice in Ann Arbor, just west of Detroit, MI. Group serves a 500+ bed teaching hospital located on a 340-acre campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has been named a Top 100 Hospital and is at the forefront of many clinical specialty areas. A teaching hospital, there are 150 house officers, as well as additional affiliated residents and fellows from the University of Michigan and other academic centers.
- 7a – 3:30p Monday through Friday
- 12-14 doctors each day depending on the schedule plus (1) for OB and (1) for 1st call.
- 6 cardiac – TEE certification required.
- Very robust tech support.
- Hospital: 19 total OR's, 2 being Cardiac. 9 rooms in OSC and 8 offsites (endo, MRI, Cath Lab, etc.)
Generalist Call:
- 1-2 days per month
- 6-7 days per month = back up call (beeper/home)
- OB weekend call = 24 hours Weekends =5-6 CRNA’s on staff.
- Weekend call OR = 6:30a – 5p & 5p – 7a
Cases: Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Healthy Peds, Ortho (one of busiest in the state), Neuro, urology, Oncology, Endo, regional, ENT, OB, gyn, urology, General sx

You can also easily access the Detroit Metro Airport in 30 minutes.
