Enjoy exceptional earning potential as an Inside Sales Representative in the Allied Placement Division at CompHealth in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. In this full-desk role, you'll manage both candidate and client relationships, placing healthcare providers into permanent positions at facilities across the country
Responsibilities:
  • Source healthcare provider names, contact information and generate call lists
  • Make outbound phone calls to providers and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider new career opportunities with our clients
  • Screen, qualify and determine viability of providers then match them up with appropriate opportunities based on their needs/wants
  • Build an active pipeline, and continually identify and develop new healthcare provider prospects
  • Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process and act as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with providers
  • Generate revenue through closing the permanent placement of healthcare providers into our client facilities
  • Meet and exceed production goals throughout a consultative sales cycle

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to come into the Ft. Lauderdale office a minimum of twice per week to support regular in-person collaboration, while allowing flexibility to work remotely on other days. Engaging in person with the local Ft. Lauderdale-based sales team is essential to this role, as it helps build relationships with peers and leadership that directly drive top performance, provide access to real-time coaching and hands-on training, and enable use of on-site resources, tools, and systems critical to success.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or selling a professional service
  • Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets
  • Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects Proficient use of multiple software systems including Outlook, Excel and CRM databases

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $60,000 -- $250,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
