Duties and Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, all aimed at providing the best customer experience possible. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text.
  • Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs.
  • Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications.
  • Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.

Salary Description
18.00 - 21.00 per hour (DOE)
