Overview
JOB LOCATION: Chevron Gas Station, Springville, UT
STATUS: Part Time (Hourly)
SCHEDULE: Night shift
FUNCTION: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products and efficiently processing sales at the register.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
  • Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating concern and patience in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace.
  • Receive payment for customer purchases and accounts.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions.
  • Maintain cash drawer and assume accountability for all cash, checks, and invoices.
  • Perform inventory counts as needed.
  • Replenish displays and shelves as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
  • Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic math skills to calculate prices and provide accurate change.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.

  • Repetitive motion associated with operating a register and other retail equipment.
  • Frequent bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting required.
  • Abilitly to communicate with customers and team members verbally in English.
