Role Purpose:
We are actively seeking an Account Executive to join our team. At Nxt Level, an Account Executive plays a critical client-facing role, responsible for managing ongoing customer relationships and building referral pipelines. As an Account Executive, you will partner with our recruitment team to ensure top-tier candidates are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunting New Logos: Actively cold call and sell into new accounts to sign new logos. You're number one goal is driving in new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, company culture, and long-term goals.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborating with clients to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives. This includes understanding job requirements, sourcing strategies, and candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Working closely with the recruitment team to identify, screen, and select candidates that match the client's requirements. This might involve headhunting, using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
