Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Digital Strategy & Transformation to help drive enterprise-wide digital innovation. This role plays a key part in shaping how we leverage technology, data, automation, and emerging tools to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and strengthen digital capabilities across the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology, process improvement, or related roles
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, digital tools, and business applications
  • Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced SQL
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
