Responsibilities * Deliver performance-oriented training across multiple modalities (classroom, practical exercises, simulation, field). * Support resident, non-resident, and mobile training courses. * Participate as SME in revising POIs, Lesson Plans, and TSPs. * Remedy deficiencies identified during preparation and conduct of instruction. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree; four additional years of related experience may substitute for degree (contract dependent). * Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance. * Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to GEOINT intelligence operations * Instruction and course development support for FMV exploitation, Imagery Derived Products (IDP's), * National imagery exploitation, Commercial or Remote Sensing exploitation, Joint Surveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS) * Moving Target Indicator (MTI) exploitation, cross-cueing operations between all GEOINT sensor types, and FMV basic flight operations on Multiple User Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems . Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. * Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings. * Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Basic computer proficiency .
