As a Senior Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across Arxada's Material Protection business. Working with strategic and regional customers, you will develop long-term partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver commercial success across wood protection, coatings, preservation technologies, industrial applications, and related markets.

This highly visible role combines strategic account management, business development, and cross-functional leadership. You will serve as the primary commercial representative for assigned customers, collaborating closely with Product Management, Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer value and accelerate business growth.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that support customer growth, retention, and long-term partnership development
  • Deliver annual sales, volume, and margin objectives across assigned accounts and territories
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across the Material Protection portfolio
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to maximize customer value and profitability
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and provide customer and market insights to support portfolio and growth strategies
  • Partner with Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Product Management teams to deliver outstanding customer support and project execution
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM data, and commercial reporting to support business planning and decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced business qualification added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, marketing, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and leading complex customer relationships
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent consultative selling and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within chemicals, industrial manufacturing, coatings, wood protection, preservation technologies, or related industries

The expected salary range for this role is 168.000$ - 206.000$, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
