Job description

The Senior Chemist will lead a team of chemists and drive independent research efforts in chemistry. This role requires a blend of leadership skills and technical expertise to advance projects and innovate within the field. Formulating products and managing existing formulas for automotive chemicals and lubricants.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of chemists to achieve research objectives
  • Design and execute chemical experiments independently
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data to guide research direction
  • Develop new chemical processes and improve existing methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development

Required Qualifications
