Job description

Overview

As a field application chemist, you are responsible for customer support with Bruker's mass spectrometry. You are required to deal with customers for problem solving, pre-sales activities and customer training. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide competitive experimental analysis data using MALDI biotyper for business growth
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and scientific presentation
  • Support application training for installed MBT systems
  • Coordinate various problems working with service team for customer's success
  • Develop KOL in the market and maintain productive relationship with customers
  • Support application and technical training for distributors
Qualifications
  • At least 3yrs of experience in MALDI or Mass spectrometry business
  • Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a cooperative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
  • More than 2 yrs of MALDI or Mass spectrometry experience
  • MS or Ph.D. degree using Microbiology or chemistry in the field of clinical or similar study
