Job description

Apply today, work tomorrow, and get paid weekly! Looking to be a part of a great team? We're hiring now for a R&D Technician in Twin Falls, ID.

Research and Development function, working closely with the Technical Director and cross-functional teams to formulate, test, and refine nutraceutical products from concept through production handoff. This role prepares and evaluates product samples, operates and maintains lab equipment, and compiles data that supports formulation decisions, product launches, and continuous improvement of existing products. Beyond the bench, the R&D Technician helps translate successful formulations into batch production records and supports Quality and Production teams as new products move into manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, and effective working across a wide range of personalities and teams.

R&D Technician Tasks & Duties
  • A minimum of a 2-year degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a closely related field preferred

  • 0-3 years of experience in a laboratory, R&D, or similar industry

  • Familiarity with industry terminology and scientific techniques used in a laboratory environment

  • Experience in a regulated environment (nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, or similar) preferred, including GMP environment controls

  • Understanding of standard operating procedures (SOP) FDA regulations, and current good manufacturing practices

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing and challenging environment

  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects, and work within deadlines

  • Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel

R&D Technician Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
  • R&D Technician experience preferred
