This role is based in United State and is a remote position. You will be part of a collaborative, technically rigorous, and customerfocused team where deep expertise and strong partnerships drive meaningful impact. At IFF, your potential is our inspiration. The Technical Service Account Manager in Grain Processing will be directly responsible for providing technical service to existing and new customer accounts within the Carbohydrate Processing and Fuel Alcohol markets.

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Provide specialized technical and scientific support for enzyme and yeast applications in customer environments

  • Collaborate with sales teams during customer meetings, trainings, and onsite visits

  • Serve as an internal technical expert on assigned product lines, applications, and limitations

  • Conduct routine plant visits to perform process audits, lab analysis, and performance optimization

  • Analyze process and laboratory data to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations

  • Develop tools or models to enhance data analysis and technical decisionmaking

  • Deliver customer training on product selection, application, and optimization

  • Provide postsale technical troubleshooting during product testing and implementation

  • Support account planning and identify business development opportunities from a technical and commercial perspective

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related)

  • 3-4 years of experience in an industrial biotechnology environment (enzymes, food, fuel alcohol, or similar)

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Carbohydrate Processing environment

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret technical data

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with JMP or other statistical software preferred

  • Customerfocused mindset with strong relationshipbuilding skills

  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, able to work independently

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and R&D

  • Willingness to travel 50% or more
