• Your primary responsibilitywill be to analyze production processes to identify and eliminate waste,reduce cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Further you will providehands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams to resolvedaily production issues and implement robust corrective actions
• You will have a blend oftime spent in the office as well as on the production floor
• Develop manufacturingroutings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions fornew and existing products
• Analyze production dataand prepare reports on process performance metrics
• Serve as the primarytechnical lead for the installation and startup of new equipment
• Lead productivityimprovement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• You will be familiar withthe production floor, processes, and work on new equipment installation

• Bachelor’s degree inManufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering orEngineering Technology field required
• 2+ years of experienceworking in a manufacturing or industrial process environment required
• The ideal candidate mustpossess the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/projects in ademanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods andtechniques for obtaining solutions
• You should havedemonstrated experience in analytical and data-driven process improvement,troubleshooting, and applying engineering principles on the plant floor
• You should be proficientin Microsoft Office Suite, statistical analytical software (Minitab), andAutoCAD
• Experience managingmid-size capital projects from design through execution
