Chemical Operator – Franklinton, NC
 
- Pay will start at $20/hr
- Franklinton, NC (On-Site)
- 12 Hour Rotating Swing Shift (Days & Nights)
 
We are hiring Chemical Operators for a growing industrial biotechnology manufacturing facility in Franklinton! This hands-on role involves operating production equipment, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting safe, high-quality manufacturing operations.
 
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment manually and via computer controls
Follow SOPs and safety procedures
Monitor processes and troubleshoot production issues
Work closely with team members across operations
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
 
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
cGMP, food safety, or chemical process experience is a plus
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Strong computer skills required
 
Due to the nature of the materials at this facility, all employees will need to be fitted for a respirator. Thus facial hair is not permitted for this position
