Kellow Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected industrial technology organization with a global customer base and decades of success supporting water purification, ion exchange, and industrial process applications.

We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Process Applications for a high-impact leadership opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring a Chemical Engineering background, leadership experience, and hands-on exposure to ion exchange technologies.

What you bring

  • Chemical Engineering degree (must have)
  • Direct experience in Ion Exchange or Water Purification systems (must have)
  • Leadership experience within Process Engineering, Applications Engineering, Water Treatment, Water Purification, Ion Exchange, or related industrial process environments
  • Experience supporting proposals, RFQs, RFPs, or customer-driven engineered solutions
  • Experience in R and D and related environments is an asset
  • Technical credibility combined with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams, departments, and customers
