Job Summary
The Intern will complete hands-on experience and develop valuable skills that contribute meaningfully to the RADIUS team and program.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Executes organizational vision, values, and culture
  • Assist with developing and implementing programming tasks.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on evidenced-based practices.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects or initiatives.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including administrative or technical tasks.
  • Attend team meetings and provide input on programming.
  • Other responsibilities specific to the university program expectations.
Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Currently pursuing a bachelorโ€™s degree in the relevant field of Criminal Justice amp; Criminology, Social Work, Public Health.
  • Strong interest in serving youth and families within juvenile justice system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hours of Work: Expect to work up to 16 hours a week.
  • Exposure: The exposure characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. For example, while performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Additionally, the employee may occasionally be exposed to bloodborne and other hazardous chemicals. Finally, the noise level in the work environment can be loud.
