Who We're Looking For:
  • Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.

• Define and execute agriculture R&D strategies that support our Smart Science vision and align with commercial and sustainability goals.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of crop protection research programs, ensuring delivery of innovative, market-relevant, and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and global life science teams to translate customer and market insights into differentiated technologies.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project pipelines to deliver maximum value and impact.
• Champion continuous improvement, driving new ways of working that accelerate innovation and strengthen Croda's technical leadership in the agriculture marketplace.
