You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How you will contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Job Duties and Accountabilities:
Learn the baking technology, applies the knowledge with adherence to Oven safety (LOTO, Safety map) and Quality Guidelines and Standards and can operate the Oven
Use Oven pre ops, Quality Suite, shop Logix, and can demonstrate product settings and centerlines.
Understands and demonstrates cold oven start up, break time procedures stopping, restarting, able to do oven burn, Oven cleaning as per CIL standard and 5s.
Understands and demonstrates Oven operation checks including SPC rules, CCP checks, rag inspection, oven brush inspections and escalation through Safety tags
Is able prioritize and escalate critical parameters immediately and is able follow oven shut procedures during normal operation and Emergency situations.
Understand and explains the oven fire prevention safety
Understand and explains the oven fire tool requirements, uses and locations
Understand and explains the oven fire communication procedure
Understands and explains what to do during an oven power failure and how to respond
Understands and explains how to perform oven fire containment and control
Understands and can explain what to do when clearing for an oven fire
Understands and can explain what to do for clearing follow-up.
Complete Activities according to AM step for the assigned Equipment.
All other duties as assigned and strict adherence to current SOP's (WOW).

Job requirements (education; skills; experience; training):
Understanding of company safety policy, safety map, LOTO procedure, and GMP Flexibility to support business according to requirement in different shifts
Ability to work and make decision with minimal supervision
Ergonomic awareness
Good communication skill, ability to work with teams
Ability to lift up to 50 KGs (110 lbs) using proper lifting tools
Ensure products adhere to quality standards, conduct on-time quality checks on IQS
