Job description

Todds Creole Kitchen is seeking candidates for our Sous Chef role to assist the Executive Chef in running and maintaining the kitchen from prep to on-line operating. This is a full-time position for individuals dedicated to their culinary craft and with the want to grow and develop their career.

Duties in this roll include:

  • Working on food preparation and managing the preparatory crew
  • Actively working the kitchen line and managing the crew around you
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and standards
  • Maintaining staffing pars
  • Leading efficient closes in the kitchen
  • Assisting the Executive Chef in any and all needs of the kitchen.
