Cheese Production Specialist

2nd Shift (Monday-Friday) 2:00PM-10:00PM

Under the direction of the Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in providing bulk cheese to our production lines and operating cutting and shredding equipment.

  • Starting Pay (Level I): $25.10/hour

  • After 90 Days (Level II): $26.97/hour

  • Plus: $1.00/hour shift differential

What You’ll Do:

  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. while opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines
  • Remove all packaging from cheese
  • Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean as needed
  • Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lbs. per lift)
  • Operate cutting and shredding equipment (both automated and manual)
  • Track inventory using RF scanners
  • Assist with other duties as needed

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally 60 lbs.)
  • Comfort standing for long periods
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail for quality inspection
  • Basic math skills for reading and calculating
  • Reliable attendance to keep production running smoothly
