Job description

We are looking for leaders who enjoy working in a professional and fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining our focus on speed of service, food safety, and food quality. We offer Sundays off! The Assistant Manager will assist in shift organization, training, monitoring, and coaching/leading team members to ensure our guests receive a safe and delicious product every time they visit our restaurant.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Works alongside team members; SERVES the team alongside other leaders (Servant Leadership Model)
  • Promotes teamwork throughout the restaurant (Coach, Correct, and Cheer!)
  • Trains team following proper Chick-fil-A procedures
  • Promotes a positive & professional work environment
  • Ability to lead others and provide constructive feedback regarding performance
  • Works with other leaders to get exceptional results/scores for quality and food safety
  • Collaborates across the team to ensure all responsibilities are completed for each shift
  • Ensures workstations are clean and sanitized
  • Helps promote adequate cost controls across the business

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Saturday availability
