Position: Technical Solution Sales Specialist – Software & Consulting Services Location: U.S.- Based in the U.S. Type: Full-Time Who You Are: A hunter who's energized by prospecting, qualifying leads, and identifying new opportunities – but you also know how to grow an existing customer base. You bring at least 3 years of experience selling software solutions or IT consulting services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

A plus if you have experience working for a VAR (Value Added Reseller) and excel at building relationships and trust with partners. Your sales style is consultative, but you understand the need to close transactional opportunities. You know how to listen, tailor solutions, and build trust.

You understand the ins and outs of Quality Assurance and Software Testing—and can speak the language of QA managers, engineers, and CIOs. Experienced at utilizing CRM solutions (Salesforce preferred) What You'll Do: Proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients. Grow your pipeline by utilizing your network and be proficient at developing prospect lists by networking (e.g., user groups, conferences, events), engaging on social media (e.g., LinkedIn), obtaining referrals, etc.

Successfully nurture existing clients to expand and grow sales. Qualify prospects and guide them through the full sales cycle. Craft and present tailored solutions that address client pain points.
