UltraPress is a fast-growing custom apparel company that helps businesses and organizations create high-quality printed clothing at scale.
We focus on simple, low quantity per order screen printing jobs and use modern automated equipment to keep production fast, consistent, and efficient.
The Role
We're looking for a dependable Screen Print Catcher to join our team in our brand-new, fully climate-controlled (100% HVAC) facility in Farmers Branch, TX.
This position plays a critical role in our production process. You'll be the final quality checkpoint before garments are packed and shipped to customers across the country. You'll catch garments coming off the conveyor dryer, inspect them for quality, pack completed orders, and ship the order.

What You’ll Be Doing
Day to day, you’ll be:
  • Catching garments as they come off the conveyor dryer
  • Inspecting printed garments for quality, including print placement, color consistency, registration, curing issues, and garment defects
  • Counting, and packing completed orders
  • Communicating quality concerns to production team members and supervisors
  • Assisting other departments as needed

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding job - requiring repetitive movements and standing on your feet.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the day
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and garments up to approximately 50 lbs
  • Ability to work around production equipment in a manufacturing environment
