Must Have (each candidate should have at least one or more of these skills) - BlueCoat, Imperva and Info blocks

Remedy ticket handling knowledge or other ticket handling tool, Document contribution and SharePoint knowledge

Responsibilities:

This requirement is for network Service and security engineering team, who support all security-related requests such as firewall updates, proxy definitions and access provision, malicious email blocking, VPN access provision for multiple vendors along with maintenance and support, DNS/DHCP management includes IP provision and segmentation, F5 (BIG-IP, loadbalancing), websense etc. This team will also be included in architectural/solution provisioning for largely impacting projects, support break-fix of high serverity issues and manage proactive and reactive solutions repository as well as documentation.
