Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce - Cart & Checkout

Role Overview
We are seeking a mobile-first Senior Product Manager, Cart & Checkout, to oversee the purchasing experience across our digital platforms. This includes Cart and Checkout Flows, Payment Methods, and Promotions Handling across our Web and Native App products. You will define the vision, roadmap and success metrics for this area, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and resilient purchase flow across all our digital products. Reporting to the VP Product, this is an end-to-end Product role with high visibility and broad cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end Product Roadmap for Cart & Checkout experiences across all brands and parks.
  • Define and evolve Cart, Checkout Flows, Payment Methods, Promotions Handling, and Recovery Experiences.
  • Ensure the Purchase Experience balances simplicity, speed, and trust, while meeting legal, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Payments teams to support pricing, taxes, refunds, compliance, fraud mitigation, and transaction integrity.
  • Establish, track, and optimize against clear success metrics, including conversion, completion, and error rates, as well as transaction reliability.
  • Lead experimentation and optimization efforts to reduce friction.
  • Translate complex technical, legal, and business constraints into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Product Manager to ensure seamless handoffs and a cohesive end-to-end purchase funnel.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker and escalation point for your product area, providing clarity and direction across stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in Product Management with respected consumer E-Commerce business(es) with strong emphasis on Mobile Web, Apps.
  • Demonstrated experience owning Checkout, Payments, or Transaction-heavy experiences end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of Checkout Optimization, Payment Flows, Promotions, Refunds, and Transaction Lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Deep experience using data to drive decisions, including defining KPIs, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Experience with modern Product Development methodologies (Lean, Agile).
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA is preferred.
