Location: Must be a hybrid employee at one of the following offices: Princeton, Hartford, or Amelia

ERG Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates ERG Leaders monthly meetings
  • Supports and aids the DEI Coordinator in ERG leadership succession planning
  • Participates in mid-year check in and year-end ERG strategic planning sessions
  • Supports regional ERG programming and development

General DEI Council Member Responsibilities may include:

  • Attendance and support monthly Council meetings by bringing your best ideas
  • Participate as a lead or provide support on a work stream targeting a specific area of the DEI strategy
  • Represent the company at functions sharing your perspective and learning from others
  • Network and build awareness of our activities
  • Employee Resource Group Liaison
  • Participation and involvement in other DEI internal and external events (ex. Catalyst & Seramount events, Chapters for Change discussions, Walking the Talk Conversations, etc.)
