WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a high-performing Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale salon environment and is driven by results.
This is not a traditional receptionist role-this is a sales-focused, revenue-generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail.
If you have experience in a busy salon, medspa, or luxury service environment and love the thrill of hitting goals and earning more based on performance, you'll fit right in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver a polished, high-touch guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term clients
• Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
• Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-end or luxury service environment
• Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
• Comfortable on the phone-able to convert, not just answer
• Goal-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Tech-savvy with booking systems, Microsoft systems, and POS platforms
• Availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays is required

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
