Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) - Norwalk, CT
Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut is seeking a poised, professional Medical Receptionist to join our Norwalk office. This is a key front-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering a refined, seamless patient experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
As the first point of contact, you set the tone for each patient visit, delivering a balance of warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting the flow of the practice.
About Our Practice
We are a privately owned dermatology group with nine locations, known for providing high-quality, patient-focused care. Our team is committed to maintaining a welcoming, well-run environment where both patients and staff feel supported. As we continue to grow, we value individuals who bring professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic to our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Accurately collect and verify insurance and demographic information
  • Manage incoming calls with efficiency and discretion
  • Coordinate and maintain provider schedules
  • Triage patient needs and communicate effectively with clinical staff
  • Process payments with accuracy and attention to detail

Schedule
Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays offered.
Qualifications
  • Strong computer proficiency, including scheduling and data entry systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A polished, patient-focused approach to service
