About the Role:

The Front Desk Clerk serves as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. This role is critical in maintaining smooth daily operations by managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments. The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for accurately processing payments, maintaining guest records, and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
