You'll oversee reservations using industry-leading property management systems, including FOSSE and Power of M, while delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service from arrival through departure. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Manage reservations efficiently through hotel management systems, including Fosse and Power of M and other property management software. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Address guest inquiries, resolve service issues promptly, and provide personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and uphold property standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality or front desk operations with a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as Fosse or Power of M or similar property management software. Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and front desk processes. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities. Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and resort environments is preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed to perform essential job duties. Compensation: $16 hourly
